Flu and You

From Saturday 22 July 2023 Flu vaccinations will be free for all Queenslanders aged six months and over.

We encourage everyone to take up a flu vaccine to protect themselves and their community. It is particularly important for children, people aged over 65 years, First Nations people, people who are pregnant, and people with certain health conditions to be vaccinated.

Our clinics are on Tuesday afternoon, Thursday morning a The consultation is bulkbilled in these clinics.  We will delay your immunisation if you are unwell with a fever on the day.  Children also be immunised but we only hold limited supplies of their vaccines so you may need to fill a script at the chemist.  We always ask you to wait for 15 minutes at the surgery after your immunisation in case you develop a serious allergic reaction.
