Doctor Consultations

Routine appointments

Appointments are available from 9:00am to 4:30pm weekdays and on Saturday morning with your General Practitioner.

Appointments can be made in person at the receptions desk, by telephone by ringing (07) 4787 7203 or online via your computer.

If you have a number of health problems, you need to discuss or expect to spend more than 15 minutes with your doctor please ask our reception team to book a long appointment. For example, if you have complex conditions, multiple issues and counselling. (you will be required to rebook for additional issues, if you have not requested a Longer consultation)

On arrival, it is important to let reception staff know you are present by either presenting at the reception counter.

If your problem is urgent, e.g. chest pain or shortness of breath, please tell the receptionist immediately.

Emergencies can happen, causing unavoidable delays in the appointment schedule. We will endeavour to keep you up to date if we are running late.

New Patients

Here at Gold City Medical Centre new patients are required to be at the practice 15 minutes prior to the doctor’s appointment time.

We require all new patients to complete a New Patient Information Form and a GCMC Medical Records Transfer Form , if you require your medical records transfered from another practice,

To ensure you are not delayed for the doctor appointment we ask that you download both forms and have them completed prior to your arrival at the clinic.
