Telehealth Consultation

Doctors working from our Practice offer both telephone and video consultations via various internet platforms. Your first appointment at our practice will be in person, but after this, you may choose to have some of your doctors appointments via telephone or internet. Our normal billing policy applies to all telephone and video consultations. For video consultations with our city doctors helping in the bush, you are required to come to the practice for checks by our nurse before your consultation. Government regulations require GPs to see patients in person at least once every 12 months.
